BettingJobs are working with a Globally successful entertainment company, launching regulated market sports betting & Casino gaming offering within the UAE, they are looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional team and stakeholder communication for collaboration and milestone achievement.
- Use project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Conduct project meetings, provide leadership, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate resources and communication to streamline operations.
- Build and train teams, ensuring employees maximize their potential.
- Communicate efficiently with teams to ensure alignment and milestone tracking.
- Participate in hiring to meet project needs.
- Analyse KPIs and progress and develop improvement reports.
- 8 - 10 years of experience as Commercial Manager/ Project Manager.
- Working knowledge of the gaming industry and an understanding of the business.
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, encompassing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
- Understanding of the United Arab Emirates culture and sensibilities.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, Master's degree in project management is preferred.
