We are looking for a Commercial leasing / Sales manager. To join our team.
The Leasing / Sales Manager will oversee the leasing activities for commercial properties, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met.
Job Duties:
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally.
• Present the project, manage lease agreements/ Sales agreements, and ensure
compliance with regulations.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract tenants and maintain listings.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Existing network of tenants
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:• 3-5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE.
Other Requirements:• Strong knowledge of local property laws.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Personal Attributes:• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
