We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will play a key role in maximizing occupancy rates for our shopping mall by securing qualified tenants for available retail spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and identify potential tenants through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants, understanding their specific needs and space requirements.
• Conduct tours of available mall space, highlighting the benefits and advantages of each location.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the landlord and tenant.
• Prepare and maintain accurate lease documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and local demographics to effectively position the mall to potential tenants.
• Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives to showcase the mall's unique offerings to prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing or a related field (a plus).
• Proven track record of success in cold calling and prospecting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of retail leasing principles and best practices.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with potential tenants.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (a plus).
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to commute daily to Global Village area.
