Responsibilities:
1- Translate the Board needs to a strategy and implementation road map for commercializing the new development.
2- Understand development costs and expected returns in setting rental charges.
3- Set support packages required to attract local and international providers.
4- Develop profile for new commercial area and related vision and potential commercial returns to market the new commercial area.
5- Identify list of providers that meet the level of offering that the new commercial area wants to achieve and engage with the approved list of providers.
6- Address any issues facing new tenants in setting up in the new commercial area.
7- Ensure that tenant concerns are addressed and managed.
8- Report on progress to the board and support in decision options to address issues as they arise.
Competencies:
Advanced on presentation skills.
Advanced commercial knowledge in F&B providers and real estate.
Advanced communication skills (English and Arabic).
Expert in negotiations .
Advanced financial skills.
Advanced Commercial strategizing skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree is a must
MBA is preferred
Preferred experience:
- Should have at least 5 years commercial experience in the UAE (Example the Walk, Dubai
-Has commercial experience in Abu Dhabi
-Has knowledge in the F&B and Retail sector
