Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet. You'll be focusing on four key areas: Sales Force training, CRM Utilization, Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement. Key duties will include:
Develop and deliver the MEA training programme for all sales focused roles Carry out training need analysis assessment across the business Ensure sales staff have required knowledge of all relevant tools and processes Implementation of new CRM system Maintenance of data accuracy, completeness and integrity Conduct in-depth analysis of distributor and sales team performance metrics Track KPIs against agreed targets and objectives, providing regular reports and insights Align strategies with sales leadership, operations and marketing departments Seek out opportunities to improve processes which will drive sales growth

What you'll need
Minimum 5 years experience of working in a training role is desirable Experience of working in health care sales enviroment at Regional Management level is required Experience working with SFE-related IT systems e.g. Salesforce.com Previous experience with business intelligence software Proficiency in Microsoft Ecosystem (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially in PowerBI Comfortable operating in an international environment Fluent in English & Arabic
