Job Purpose/Summary


analyzing plans, drawings, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs and prepare cost studies

prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with technical department for validation of commercial team

Duties and responsibilities:


1. to prepare take offs and BOQ


2. to check and follow tender specifications


3. to check that input information provided are coherent and sufficient for pricing


4. to evaluate and contribute of assessing project risks


5. to ensure that prices used in cost study are up to date


6. to prepare commercial offers and submit to Client after validation by commercial manager


7. to follow up on submitted proposals and revise quotations when necessary


8. to ensure opening of new enquiry files


9. to produce and update reference sheets


10. To ensure proper record of submitted proposals in Salesforce



Experience 3-5 years? in commercial estimator or quantity surveyor with main contractors form construction industry


UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor degree in civil engineering


Proficiency in interpretation of construction drawings especially of reinforced concrete


Ability to work in team environment and actively contribute to assigned tasks


Excellent verbal and written skills


Exceptional attention to details
