Job Description

The Commercial Engineer (Fit out & Construction) will play a key role in bridging the gap between engineering and commercial functions within the company. This position involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and commercial viability of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide technical expertise to support the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients and internal teams.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Commercial Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate the commercial feasibility of new products and services.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their technical and commercial inquiries.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or commercial engineering role.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Working Conditions:
