Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Event Management
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and financial acumen to guide decision-making.
• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and build collaborative teams.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
