Qualification Requirements:
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, with a proven track record in leading highly profitable MedTech businesses.
Demonstrated expertise in market creation, growth strategy execution, and business model innovation.
Strong experience in managing complex matrix organizations with multicultural teams and cross-market operations.
Proven ability to drive multiple strategic priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and team-building skills, with a high level of proficiency in written and verbal communication.
In-depth experience within the Healthcare/MedTech industry, with strong business acumen and financial expertise.
Experience managing large-scale, complex sales and marketing processes, and building strategic partnerships.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the zone.
