Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Collection Manager to oversee our commercial credit and collections operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing credit risk, reviewing contracts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Commercial \xc3\x98 Manage client relationships, KYC documents, reviewing & identifying opportunities for new contracts. \xc3\x98 Bid on new projects, negotiate contract terms and maintain records \xc3\x98 Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company \xc3\x98 Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients \xc3\x98 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements \xc3\x98 Establish close relationships with suppliers and customers to boost purchases and sales. Collection \xc3\x98 Manage collections & receivables \xc3\x98 Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. \xc3\x98 Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements, or other resolutions. \xc3\x98 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. \xc3\x98 Follow up on collections, prepare regular reports, presenting data and insights to upper management. Skills: \xc3\x98 Strong knowledge of collections practices, laws, and regulations. \xc3\x98 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers to resolve outstanding debts. \xc3\x98 Must possess strong financial analysis abilities, adeptness in credit management and collections strategies, effective leadership and team management skills Qualifications: \xc3\x98 Must have proven 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience both Commercial & Collection Manager \xc3\x98 BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus \xc3\x98 Experience with legal procedures, terminology, and court systems. \xc3\x98 Acquaintance with business development or marketing \xc3\x98 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically \xc3\x98 Familiarity with project management \xc3\x98 Working with a collection agency / drafting a contract will be an added qualification.
