Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Collection Manager to oversee our commercial credit and collections operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing credit risk, reviewing contracts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial

? Manage client relationships, KYC documents, reviewing & identifying opportunities for new contracts.

? Bid on new projects, negotiate contract terms and maintain records

? Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

? Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients

? Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

? Establish close relationships with suppliers and customers to boost purchases and sales.

Collection

? Manage collections & receivables

? Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

? Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements, or other resolutions.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

? Follow up on collections, prepare regular reports, presenting data and insights to upper management.

Skills:

? Strong knowledge of collections practices, laws, and regulations.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers to resolve outstanding debts.

? Must possess strong financial analysis abilities, adeptness in credit management and collections strategies, effective leadership and team management skills

Qualifications:

? Must have proven 3-5 years' experience both Commercial & Collection Manager

? BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

? Experience with legal procedures, terminology, and court systems.

? Acquaintance with business development or marketing

? Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically

? Familiarity with project management

? Working with a collection agency / drafting a contract will be an added qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
