Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Boat Operator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in boat operations, a strong understanding of maritime safety standards, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, the candidate must possess a light-duty vehicle car license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boat Operations: Safely operate and navigate commercial boats, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.
• Client Engagement: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a positive experience on all voyages.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of boats to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to guarantee the safety of passengers, crew, and the vessel.
• Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with the operations team, providing support and assistance as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of boat operations, maintenance activities, and client interactions.
• Vehicle Operation: Operate a light-duty vehicle for transportation purposes related to boat operations and client services.

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial boat operator's license.
• Valid light-duty vehicle car license.
• Proven 3 years of experience in operating commercial boats.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections on boats.
• Familiarity with the local maritime environment and conditions in the UAE.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of marine operations.
