Commercial Associate is responsible to provide commercial support to Business Development department processes, including but not limited to, demand management, BID management, customer satisfaction, contract reviews, etc.
Adheres to all Policies and procedures related to Business Development department
Support on integration of SAP system for Commercial Practices;
Follow Strict compliance with demand management with direct involvement of right stakeholders
Responsible of managing Aerospace customer web portals particularly Orders intake, Forecast, BIDs Management and other related activities.
RFQ/RFP/RFI Data Package Extracting, Circulation from Customer's Portals, internal Releasing, Tracking, Recording, Archiving, Proposal Submission within customer's Portals and Follow up
Responsible of Maintaining Aerospace Sale plan Scenarios, Collaborate where required and align lead time with the customers
Generating of Sales reports to Management including YTD/MTD Sales Report Circulation
Handling documents preparation of company Qualifications, Customer Questionnaires, Portals Registration and other initial assessment needed for new customers.
Handles customer urgent commercial needs, requirements and disputes and cascade it internally to relevant stakeholders within BD or other departments.
Weekly meeting with customer's ordering officers toward understanding customer's needs and cascade it internally to get needed support from all stakeholders.
Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire circulation, collection and escalation where needed through efficient tracking system.
SO Allocation for the order completion to enable DN creation & invoicing
Support managing an ongoing flow of identified prospective partners with whom there could be mutual value and to pro-actively identify new business opportunities
Support proactively driving new lead generation by setting up appointments and meetings to progress these relationships
Provide support to Business Development team to manage projects within or segments of existing or developing key accounts, and provide support and assistance
to the development of those partnerships
Provide support and work in partnership with internal operations function to provide relevant and compelling communications support to
customers and stakeholders helping to increase the overall efficiency of internal process
Support across the different functions of the key business and in particular Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations and finance
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Business or Law is desirable.
Experience
5-10 year experience in a commercial role
Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas experience is desirable
5-year experience of working in contract management
