Job description
Maintain vendor\'s data base, Floating Enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within
Coordinate with the Head of Business Support in the preparation of projected cash flow of all projects.
Preparing/compiling and initiating Variation/Change Order with all relevant substantiation and thereby agreeing to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
Review all the above documents thoroughly to make sure there is no gap in the contract requirements and the quoted tender/price.
Assisting PM in all contractual procedures and project close out/handing over
Prepare & Compile \xe2\x80\x9cFinal Accounts/Payment application\xe2\x80\x9d with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations (Client/Subcontractor) and carry out the close out of contracts.
Review & documentation of Contracts & Commercial files
Submission & follow up of the Guarantees (i.e. APG/PG) as when required for the project
Provides cost information to the client/management (i.e. Approved claims, Potential claims, Cash flow, Progress, Estimate time of completion).
Timely preparation of Interim Payment Applications/valuations so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions.
Attend progress meetings and provide updates to Client with projection of costs as required, i.e.
Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders Special payments in accordance with contract
