Follow us on LinkedIn:About Our ClientOur client in the ship chandling industry in Dubai is seeking a Commercial & Operations Manager to drive growth by generating leads, acquiring clients, and recruiting agents, particularly in Europe and the Far East.Requirements:Key Requirements

Lead marketing efforts to boost client acquisition and set monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key maritime clients, acting as their main contact.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop new business verticals, including a Sea Chartering Desk and Door-to-Door Solution Desk.
Enhance brand visibility through social media, global events, and sponsorships.
Meet with clients and vendors regularly to maintain strong business ties.
Position the company as a global, one-stop solution in the shipping industry.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial and operations management in the ship chandling or maritime industry.
Strong background in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, and in team management.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
