Support the BUs and track their ITM / MS performance .Harmonize business processes across the BUs .Develop a common platform for KPIs and Performance analysis .development in line with the affiliate strategy .Implement and control the SIP Process for Reps and KAMs Build the new capabilities ( digital, STP, Marketing) .Digitalization and new ways on interactions .MC/OC campaign implementation .Lead Marketing community forum .Coordinate the needed training for FF teams

Business development .Explore and lead business development projects ( Localization, Co-promotion...) .Review distributors relationship
