The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role involves working closely with clients to buy, sell, and lease commercial properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Networking: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including property owners, investors, and other real estate professionals.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Valid real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
