They are looking for a \xef\xbb\xbfCommercial Manager with a background in community centers, malls, and retail stores.The hired resource will be responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of our community center facilities. The primary goal is to maximize occupancy rates and ensure a positive experience for all tenants. He / She will be the main point of contact for potential tenants, handling lease negotiations, and ensuring that all leasing agreements comply with company policies and regulations.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants
Manage tenant inquiries and conduct property tours.
Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and tenant information
Monitor market trends to stay informed about rental rates and competitor offerings
Handle tenant concerns or disputes in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
Coordinate with marketing team to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.
Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and financial performance, budget, profit and loss and expense reports.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in the commercial real estate industry in the same capacity.
