Job Title : Commerce Faculty (11th & 12th CBSE, British Curriculum)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commerce Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and Financial Accounting) for CBSE 11th & 12th grade as well as British Curriculum students (IGCSE/IB). The faculty member will create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment, foster academic excellence, and provide guidance on exam strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teaching & Instruction :
• Deliver lessons for Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and Financial Accounting) to CBSE 11th & 12th students and British Curriculum (IGCSE/IB) students.
• Develop engaging, comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methodologies including lectures, discussions, case studies, and real-world applications to ensure an interactive and enriching learning experience.
• Conduct both online and offline classes (depending on the requirement).
• Design and implement assignments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Curriculum Development :
• Review and adapt the course material to fit the specific requirements of CBSE and British curriculum students.
• Create and update study materials, notes, presentations, and practice tests based on the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
• Mentoring & Academic Support :
• Provide personalized guidance to students to help them overcome challenges in their studies.
• Offer additional academic support through doubt-clearing sessions, group discussions, and one-on-one mentoring.
• Motivate students and help them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Examination Preparation :
• Prepare students for internal exams , board exams , and mock exams by conducting revision classes and exam-oriented sessions.
• Monitor student progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to improve their performance.
• Assessment & Reporting :
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback on assignments, tests, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, challenges, and successes.
• Professional Development :
• Stay updated with changes in the CBSE and British Curriculum syllabi, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Educational Qualifications :
• A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field. A teaching degree (B.Ed) is preferred.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Commerce subjects for CBSE (11th & 12th) and British Curriculum (IGCSE/IB) students.
• Prior experience in coaching students for board exams (CBSE/IGCSE/IB) will be an added advantage.
• Skills :
• Strong command over Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach and adapt to different learning styles and capabilities.
• Proficiency in using teaching tools and technologies (smart boards, online learning platforms, etc.).
• Patience and dedication to student success.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary Range: 3000 AED - 4000 AED

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
