As a Color Matching Technician at Paint Industries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of colors across our product line. You will collaborate closely with our production team and use your expertise in color theory and technology to achieve precise color matches for various materials and finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform color matching tasks for both new and existing products, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
• Utilize spectrophotometers, colorimeters, and other tools to analyze and adjust color formulations as needed.
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any color-related issues that may arise during manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed records of color formulas, adjustments, and outcomes to support quality control efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in color matching technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in color matching, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, pigments, dyes, and color measurement instruments.
• Proficiency in using software applications related to color matching and formulation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
