Company Description Prime Association Management Services (PAM) is a fully licensed association management company located in Dubai. Established in 2011, PAM aims to protect the investment and long-term viability of the residential and/or commercial communities it manages, in accordance with the Jointly Owned Property Law (JOP) (Law No. 27 of 2007) of Dubai. PAM combines international knowledge with local expertise, providing consistent high-value service to Owners Associations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Executive. The Collections Executive will be responsible for Credit Control, Debt Collection, and managing the accounts receivable processes. The role also requires effective communication and analytical skills to determine the most appropriate recovery strategies for delinquent accounts. The role is located in Dubai. Qualifications
- Expertise in Credit Control, with strong analytical skills in Finance
- Ability to manage Debt Collection processes and accounts receivable efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates
- Proven track record in collecting aged debts and meeting business objectives
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software is an added value
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in credit control and/or debt collection in the real estate or property management industry
- Knowledge of Dubai's Jointly Owned Property Laws and regulation.
