• The Collections and Billing Assistant is responsible for coordinating with the Contracts and Billing team to ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices, resolving any customer inquiries related to invoices, and collaborating with the collections team on updates or changes.
• Coordinate with the Contracts and Billing team to ensure timely and accurate invoice submission.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to invoices promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the collections team to update or modify invoices as needed.
• Manage the submission of invoices through courier services where necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all billing activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
Additional Information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
• Knowledge of ERP/Oracle systems preferred.
Experience Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Experience in handling billing and contract setup.
