We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Specialist to join our team at IT company located in Sharjah. This position is open exclusively to female candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driving license. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage and monitor accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding issues. Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer accounts to identify potential risks and implement appropriate collection strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes. Generate regular reports on collection performance for management review. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field. Valid driving license. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
