As a Debt Collector, your job is to contact people who owe money and help them pay it back. You'll call or Whatsapp to remind them about their debts and work out a plan for them to repay. Keeping good records of all your conversations is important, and you'll need to work with others in the team to reach our collection goals. Sometimes, you'll also need to answer questions from people who owe money and try to help them find a solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact people who owe money and talk to them about paying it back.
• Work with them to come up with a plan for how they can repay what they owe.
• Keep track of all your conversations and the agreements you make.
• Check if people have missed any payments and remind them to catch up.
• Answer questions from people who owe money and try to help them figure things out.
• Work with other team members to get the job done.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a job where you talk to people, like customer service.
• Good at talking to people and figuring out solutions.
• Can keep things organized and manage your time well.
• Knows how to use a computer for basic tasks.
• Speaks Urdu or Hindi

Working Conditions:

• You'll work in an office most of the time, with regular hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Collection Officer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi/Urdu (Required)
