We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Collection Officer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely collection of client payments, handling overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on overdue payments and handle collection activities for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and payment history.
• professionally communicate with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes or client concerns related to payments.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding debts.
• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements for debt collection.
Qualifications:
• Preferably female
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a collections role, preferably within the real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, payment regulations, and tenant rights.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
