Job Title: Collection Officer

About Us: Admiral Safety Consultants has been a leading provider of third-party safety inspections in the UAE for the past nine years. We are dedicated to ensuring safety compliance and delivering high-quality inspection services.

: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collection Officer to recover due debts and manage accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and their own vehicle. The company will provide necessary incentives for logistical needs such as fuel and vehicle maintenance. The candidate must follow up on all due client payments via visits, calls, or emails without any excuses. An attractive salary will be provided, and tasks must be completed without any pending issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue accounts and payments via visits, calls, and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Negotiate payment plans with clients and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate account information.
• Utilize Zoho Books and MS Excel to track and manage receivables.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Visit clients as needed to ensure successful debt recovery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Collection Officer or in a similar role.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the safety inspection industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Collection Officer: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
