Job Description

Position: Collection Officer

Location: UAE

Tajvand Group of Companies are looking for Collection Officer with minimum of 4/5 years experience in the UAE.

Job Duties:

- Maintaining of customer payment records.

- Prepare customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.

- Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.- Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

- Familiarity with state debt collection laws.

- Responding to customer queries related payments.

Requirements:

- Excellent negotiating skills

- Bachelors or related certificates.

- UAE valid driving license (Required)
