Collection Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
ARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST
With OWNERS ASSOCIATION experience/background
Knows how to use Mollak
send legal notices from Mollak
register/de register RDC cases and auction units
• Generate and send out invoices
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone and email
• Provide Customer Service Regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments.
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos.
• Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
• Receive Payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts
• Negotiate Credit Extensions when necessary
• Receive and Verify Invoices and requisitions for Services
• Print and distribute monthly financial reports
• Verify Transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain Listing of Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
• Record all checks and manage weekly check run
• Prepare vendor check in mailing
• List all vendors check in the log book
• Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
• Prepares daily bank deposit
• Sending Reminders as per Service Charges Collection Policy
• Recommended Actions to be taken for the defaulters as per Service Charges Collection Policy to OA Manager/Building Manager
• Calling owners for Payment of Service Charges as per Collection Policy
• Maintaining Master Sheet for Service Charges of all buildings managed by ROAM
• Using Strata Software for collection and communication to the unit owner
• Sending all kinds of communications to all owners (invitation, explanatory notes and others)
• Making weekly and monthly report
• Deposits all cheques and cash in different accounts
• Issuing all receipts for service charges (email, courier or on hand to the owner) Explain the collection policy and procedures including interest levy
• Maintaining files for all the buildings managed by ROAM
• Helps in attending incoming phone calls
• Making NOC for transfer of Sale for all units/buildings
Collection Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Must have UAE experience; knows how to use Mollak; graduate of Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Accounting)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Collection Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
• Owners Association: 2 years (Preferred)
