Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Interior Designer with a strong architectural background to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in architectural and graphic design, with a proven ability to amend and redraw architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redraw and update architectural floor plans in line with project requirements.
• Amend and refine architectural unit plans for improved functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the development team to create innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's vision and quality standards.
• Utilize graphic design skills to enhance presentation materials and project visuals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural or developer-related roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong technical and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Developer/Architectural background is mandatory.
