• •Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to debt collection.•

+ •Minimum high school graduate (Secondary Education).•
+ •Preferred qualifications include technician and/or technologist.•
• •Experience: •
+ •Minimum of 3 months experience in bad debt collection and call center operations.•
• •Skills: •
+ •Strong communication skills.•
+ •Ability to manage stressful situations and handle difficult conversations.•
+ •Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.•
