Essential:
• Total 2 years Managerial/HR work experience
• Customer service experience.
• Process improvement experience.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving and conflict management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Leadership skills; performance management execution.
• Excellent computer skills to include intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Desirable:
• Analytical and data driven.
• Commercial Awareness.
• Some ERP and HRMS experience required.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Proven track record of progression in various HR disciplines, operational hospitality/leisure/guest service experience
• Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management
• CIPD qualification or other relevant HR Qualification
