Job Description

:

We are actively seeking a qualified Project Engineer with proven of experience in leading teams in in-house civil contracting and overseeing projects related to the construction of cold storage facilities. This role requires expertise in both contracting for cold storage facilities and managing civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of cold storage facility construction projects.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project goals are met.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

2. Team Leadership:

- Supervise and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and support staff.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves project milestones and delivers quality work.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

3. Contracting Expertise:

- Manage in-house civil contracting activities related to cold storage facility construction.

- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.

4. Technical Expertise:

- Apply strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials specific to cold storage facilities.

- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

- Provide regular updates on project status, address stakeholder concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
