Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Initiating Contact: Contact potential clients via telephone or other means of communication to introduce our services and establish interest.
• Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria before passing them on to the sales team.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with contact information and notes from conversations.
• Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and convey the benefits of our services.
• Feedback: Provide feedback and insights gained from calling efforts to enhance marketing strategies and improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cold caller or similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistent and results-oriented approach to achieving goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
