Cold Call Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and generating interest. This role is commission-based, meaning earnings are tied to the successful conversion of leads into sales. The agent is expected to handle objections, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments with prospects, all while working to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers Introduce and promote products/services to generate interest Qualify leads and overcome objections to drive sales Set appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team Track calls and maintain accurate CRM records Work independently to meet sales goals and earn commissions

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication and persuasive skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on results Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
