As a coffee shop Manager, You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality. You will play a key role in driving the coffee shop's success while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that embodies our brand.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Train staff on Brew Brothers' standards, coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and health & safety protocols.
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high morale and teamwork.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and encourage professional growth and development.
• Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional experience, from friendly service to high-quality beverages.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate customer loyalty by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and building relationships with regulars and new visitors alike.
• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service flow and high productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to avoid stockouts or overstocking, while minimizing waste.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Manage the store's budget, including controlling costs related to labor, inventory, and supplies.
• Conduct cash handling procedures, including daily cash counts and reconciliation.
• Assist with setting sales targets and developing strategies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and promotions, including social media campaigns and events to drive traffic.
• Represent Brew Brothers within the Business Bay community by building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback, ensuring a positive digital presence.
• Ensure all beverages and food items meet Brew Brothers' quality and presentation standards.
• Regularly evaluate coffee and product offerings to ensure consistency and quality.
• Address any quality issues or customer feedback swiftly to maintain satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and the coffee industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems and general business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to the UAE and Dubai.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
