Being creative and offering new recipes frequently.
Be able to follow recipes or recreate recipes after suggestions of principal or guests.
Be able to answer any questions regarding ingredients and recipes.
Notifying managers of necessary repairs or security issues in their workspace.
Collecting and disposing of trash in their workspace.
Providing to guest's beverages in a short time after requested.
Cleaning cups, glasses, coffee machine, pot used for drinks and coffees.
Keep their working space clean and tidy.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Check stocking levels of all consumables used for coffees and drinks.
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Previous working experience as a coffee man for 2 years
Previous working experience as a barista for 5 years
Attention to details.
Proficiency in English language
Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
Prioritisation and time management skills (ability to manage your time efficiently)
High school degree or equivalent
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Coffee man and barista are required to work in different locations, shifts can be various and long, requiring hard work, time management and flexibility to change location at any moment.

As coffee man and barista are directly serving principal and guests, they must adopt the appropriate professional behaviour required during service.

Coffee man and barista must have knowledge about the products they are offering to principal and guests. They must have knowledge about specificity of coffees served fruits and sodas water.
Coffee man and barista must choose the best quality of products to use to create drinks and coffee and discuss this with direct reporting manager.
