• Assist guests with questions about property/area and provide them with logistical advice
• Being aware of important guests ensure to welcome them
• Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby are refilled with dates and Arabic coffee
• Making sure that during duty coffee and dates are always available
• Serving Arabic coffee in a professional and traditional way
• Serving dates in a professional and traditional way
• Being able to make Arabic coffee if required
• Overlooking the lobby area if guests need assistance direction
