We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Supervisor & Arabic Coffee Barista

to join our team at Barzat Bahar, a specialty coffee kiosk at Al Mugheirah Beach.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve all types of Arabic coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages. Create a variety of delicious desserts to complement our drinks. Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth service. Maintain high hygiene standards and excellent customer service. Train and supervise staff to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Arabic coffee, tea preparation, and traditional methods. Ability to prepare a variety of desserts. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
