Position: Coding and Robotics Trainer

Coding School is a leading educational institution based in the UAE, dedicated to equipping young learners with essential coding and robotics skills. We provide a hands-on learning environment where students explore coding fundamentals, robotics, and technology-driven problem-solving. Our programs are designed for children aged 6 to 16, focusing on creativity, critical thinking, and real-world applications.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Coding and Robotics Trainer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching coding and robotics to children and will be experienced in platforms such as Scratch, Python, LEGO Spike Prime, and Arduino. You will be responsible for conducting engaging, hands-on classes and guiding students through their learning journey in coding and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct coding and robotics classes for children aged 6 to 16 in-person at our training center.

? Teach a range of curriculum areas, including:

o Scratch for coding fundamentals

o Python programming for more advanced learners

o LEGO Spike Prime for robotics basics and project-based learning

o Arduino for advanced robotics and physical computing

? Foster a student-led learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, experiment, and solve problems independently.

? Guide students through coding challenges and robotics projects, providing support while allowing for creativity and independent thinking.

? Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

? Ensure that classes are delivered in a fun, engaging, and interactive manner, aligned with our educational philosophy.

? Collaborate with other trainers and curriculum leads to improve teaching

materials and course delivery.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

(preferred)

Gender Preference: Female trainers preferred

Language Skills: Arabic language skills are an added advantage

Skills Required :

? Minimum 1 year of experience teaching coding and/or robotics to children.

? Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of platforms and tools such as

Scratch, Python, LEGO Spike Prime, and Arduino.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to explain complex coding and robotics concepts in a simple, engaging way for

young learners.

? Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
