This role requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of innovation methodologies, and the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.How You\'ll Make an Impact / ResponsibilitiesFacilitation and Coordination:Plan, organize, and facilitate co-creation workshops, sessions, and events.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective participation and collaboration.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to participate in co-creation activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.Innovation Methodologies:Apply various innovation methodologies and tools, such as Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean Startup, to guide co-creation processes.Continuously explore and integrate new methodologies to enhance co-creation efforts.Project Management:Manage co-creation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on outcomes and impact.Research and Analysis:Conduct research to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to co-creation and innovation.Analyze data and feedback from co-creation activities to inform future initiatives and improve processes.Communication and Reporting:Prepare and present reports, case studies, and success stories to showcase the impact of co-creation initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the co-creation process.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in co-creation practices and processes.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation in co-creationWhat You Bring / Skills, CapabilitiesEducational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Business related field) is required. Master\'s degree in Business or a related field is highly preferred.Experience: 5-7 years of experience in innovation management, project management, or a related field. Proven experience in the energy sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects and activities simultaneously.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a command of English to communicate seamlessly with different stakeholders, cultures, and management levels in an international environment.

• High level of critical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and a curious learner.

• Ability to thrive under stress and time pressure, displaying flexibility and resilience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
