Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cocos Game Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-performance games using the Cocos framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities:

Game Development:

Develop, test, and maintain game features using the Cocos framework, ensuring high performance and quality.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring creative concepts to life and optimize game mechanics.

Optimization & Debugging:

Identify performance issues and implement effective solutions to optimize game functionality across multiple platforms.

Code Quality:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Innovation:

Research and integrate new technologies or enhancements within the Cocos ecosystem to improve game development processes.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical documentation for game features, development processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Cocos Game Developer.

Strong proficiency in Golang/JavaScript (or other relevant programming languages) with hands-on experience in Cocos2d-x or Cocos Creator.

Solid understanding of game development concepts, physics, graphics rendering, and user experience design.

Experience working in an agile development environment with proven collaboration skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile game development and cross-platform deployment.

Knowledge of integrating third-party libraries and APIs within game projects.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

A portfolio of released games or contributions to game development projects is a plus.
