Job Description

?Provide technical advice and support to clients on the selection and

application of marine and protective coatings.

? Conduct site visits to assess coating needs, surface preparation, and

application conditions

? Ensure that all coating applications meet company and industry standards.

? Monitor and evaluate the quality of coatings applied on various projects.

? Perform regular inspections/field tests and audits to ensure compliance

with specifications and project requirements

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and

other stakeholders.

? Address and resolve any technical issues and customer complaints

? Conduct training sessions for painters/site supervisors /Quality inspectors

on coatings-related topics

? Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical visits

activities.

? Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during

client meetings and presentations.

? Assist in the development of technical proposals and products

specifications.

Education:

Bachelor's degree /Diploma from a reputed university.

Certification from a recognized coatings institute or organization (e.g., NACE Coating Inspector (Level 2 ), SSPC -PC I -2 (AMPP )/B gas grade 2 ,Frosio Level 2

Experience

?2 to 3 years of work experience in paints and coatings preferably with fabricators /Shipbuilders contractors

?Mandatory proficiency in English (Arabic is preferred, any others will be an added advantage).

? Quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.

? Familiar with relevant industrial standards related to Marine and Protective Coatings

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
