SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As Coating Advisor for our Performance Coatings(Marine & Protective), you will be responsible to provide professional technical advice to our customers by on-site support on paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met and the job is completed according to the contract and the customer's satisfaction.

This position will be based in Duqm, Oman and will be reporting to Technical Service Manager(Performance Coatings).

Responsibilities: Provide clear instructions to clients and Jotun staff on paint application, working on-site to ensure coating specifications meet customer expectations. Carry out inspections of projects assigned by the direct manager, following the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and procedures to ensure product application meets specifications. Build strong client relationships and support the sales team with updated information. Oversee Marine Dry Docking activities. Compile inspection data and write reports to document that inspection criteria are met. Conduct complaint surveys, inspecting relevant issues to produce detailed reports for the complaint investigation process.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Certification in FROSIO III - Red, NACE Level 2, or equivalent, as per local requirements. Proficient in English.

Preferable: Marine Dry Docking PFP coatings GCC driving license
