: Full Time Coaching Class Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Coaching Class Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a coaching centre, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students, and providing administrative and logistical support to staff and faculty. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain high-quality standards of company and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

Plan and oversee class schedules, including faculty allocation and room assignments.

Ensure all necessary teaching aids, materials, and resources are available.

Monitor class attendance and maintain accurate records.

2. Student Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.

Facilitate student enrolment, fee collection, and document verification.

3. Faculty Coordination:

Liaise with faculty members to understand their needs and address concerns.

Assist in hiring and onboarding the new teachers

Maintain a positive working relationship with teaching staff.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the coaching center's programs.

Plan and execute outreach activities such as open houses, webinars, and seminars.

Ensure consistent communication with students and parents through newsletters, social media, and other channels.

5. Quality Assurance:

Monitor the quality of teaching and student performance through feedback mechanisms.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Maintain compliance with institutional policies and educational standards.

6. Administrative Tasks:

Manage budgets, financial records, and operational expenses.

Ensure the upkeep of facilities, including classrooms, labs, and common areas.

Handle contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships for necessary services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in education management or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.

Work Environment:

Salary Package:

5000 AED per month
