Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated CNC Service Engineer with a good electrical background to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve breakdowns of CNC machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CNC Controller Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi and the ability to provide effective solutions under pressure.

T•his position is specifically targeted towards individuals who are currently on a notice period and are available to join immediately.•

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer requests for service on CNC machinery experiencing electrical breakdowns.
• Diagnose electrical issues in CNC machines, including drives, motors, and control systems.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty electrical components and wiring on-site.
• Collaborate with customers to understand issues and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after service calls.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each breakdown and repair performed.
• Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and electrical systems to provide the best service possible.
• Travel to various customer locations as needed to resolve breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC electrical systems, CNC machine Parameters settings, PLCs, and control software (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in electrical engineering.
• Experience with CNC electrical and machine tools mechanical repair is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in electrical engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
