:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator with hands-on experience in 3D and 4D Rotary 360 machining. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in project estimation for exterior design projects. The role requires proficiency in operating advanced CNC machinery and expertise in key design and estimation software.

Responsibilities:

CNC Programming & Operation: Develop and execute CNC programs for 3D and 4D Rotary 360 machining using ArtCAM, PowerMill, Aspire, and other software. Operate and troubleshoot the latest CNC digital machinery, including head and rotary functions.

Design & Fabrication: Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify design files according to project specifications.

Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, using Excel and other estimation tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming, operation, and project estimation

Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArtCAM, PowerMill, Aspire, and Excel.

Hands-on experience with advanced CNC machinery, including 360-degree rotary capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the latest CNC digital machinery and techniques.

Experience specifically in exterior design projects.
