Job Description
Salina Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level CNC Programmer and Operator with a keen interest in 3D and 4D machining. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some hands-on experience looking to start their career in CNC machining. You will receive training and support to develop your skills and grow within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of CNC programs for 3D and 4D machining operations using CAD/CAM software.
• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Learn to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions to support machining processes.
• Perform basic quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and report any issues with CNC machines, programs, or tooling to senior staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in optimizing machining processes and improving efficiency.
