Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to join our team. This position involves both regular and occasional tasks related to CNC programming, machine operation, and quality assurance.

Regular Tasks:

-Prepare CNC programs for machines and inspect the first part of production to ensure compliance with specifications through measurements and visual checks.

- Operating simple to complex CNC machines, help maintain productivity and suggest improvements to enhance departmental performance.

-Operating production equipment according to work instructions, with the authority to stop production if equipment, safety, or product quality is at risk. It will be your responsibility to keep production running smoothly, meet deadlines, and maintain machines, tools, additional parts, and measuring devices.

-Compliance with HSE regulations and standards, regularly clean the CNC machine's work area by removing chips and waste materials, and keep your workspace organized to ensure efficient production. Adjustments to maintain product specifications will be made using engineering drawings, verbal instructions, and operator guidelines.

The role will also involve preparing process sheet operation drawings, work instructions for operators, and boundary samples. You will test and proof CNC programs on machining centers while being knowledgeable of various control systems. Troubleshooting machining process issues and analyzing 3D solid models or CAD drawings will be key aspects of the job. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Occasional Tasks:

-Ensure that measuring inspections are carried out effectively and inspect finished products to verify they meet required standards. Machinery will need to be checked and maintained daily to ensure functionality. Also assist with packaging and labeling when required.

Key Requirements:

This role demands expertise in CNC programming and machining, along with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models. You should be capable of troubleshooting machining processes, maintaining attention to detail, and following safety and quality standards.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000\.00 - AED18,000\.00 per month
