Job Title: CNC Milling Operator



We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist specializing in milling operations. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of machining principles, be proficient in interpreting technical drawings, and possess the ability to work with various materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC milling machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.

Program and adjust machine controls to execute precise milling operations.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Conduct inspections to verify part dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on CNC milling machines.

Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specializing in milling operations.

Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.

Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

Proficient in programming and adjusting machine controls.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.

Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.

Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
