We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Division Manager-Testing to join our team. Manages the profitability and growth of the Division / Organization. Is responsible for line and staff operations. Directs the Division of long range plans, strategy and policy.

Job Responsibilities: Wins project opportunities with the service line by developing and delivering the short-term service line strategy Developing and maintaining client satisfaction, sustainable revenue and profit growth Support commercial team by providing smart pricing solutions Problem-solving/judgment: ability to work unsupervised and observe, think critically and to solve problems using data-analysis, interpretation, and reasoning skills. Teamwork: dedication and ability to work successfully with others in a team. Information & Communication: ability to receive information from, and convey information to others, in a timely and clear manner, using appropriate language, and communication tools. Client focus: ability to generate client satisfaction (internally and externally), potentially resulting in long term client relationships and additional business. Planning & organizing: able to set priorities and determine actions, time and resources (tools, software, people, and budget as appropriate.) to achieve pre-defined goals. Monitor and manage timely delivery, leading to reliability and client satisfaction. ability to generate client satisfaction (internally and externally), potentially resulting in long term client relationships and additional business.. Attend meetings with client on an as required basis. Ensure that Fugro policies and procedures are understood, implemented and adhered to by all employees. Drive various Fugro initiatives for achieving high standards of safety culture.

You Bring (qualifications & Experience) B.Sc. Engineering equivalent relevant degree. preferably M.Sc. degree holder 10-15 years relevant experience You have strong people skills and can effectively communicate. Team building (Able to effectively organize testing work flow utilizing a multi-national team.) Training (Mentor and coach laboratory managers to help them gain confidence in running the smooth and efficient testing operations)
